BESTSELLER UAE Marketplace Integration
A.NET 9 integration that keeps Amazon UAE and Namshi in sync with BESTSELLER's retail stores: live stock from Microsoft D365, product data from Channable and PDS, pushed automatically on a schedule.
BESTSELLER (Jack & Jones, JJXX, R.D.D.) sells through physical stores across the UAE and wanted the same products on Amazon UAE and Namshi without managing stock and listings by hand.

Project overview
From operational complexity to a dependable product.
The challenge
BESTSELLER (Jack & Jones, JJXX, R.D.D.) sells through physical stores across the UAE and wanted the same products on Amazon UAE and Namshi without managing stock and listings by hand.
The solution
I designed and built an integration platform that connects four systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365: live on-hand stock per store, read through D365 Inventory Visibility. Channable: BESTSELLER’s product feed (about 77,000 rows) with titles, descriptions, images, attributes and AED prices. BESTSELLER PDS: the product data service, used as a fallback for missing content and for exact EAN matching. Amazon UAE and Namshi: where listings, prices and stock are pushed. The system runs on a schedule.
It pulls stock from D365 and saves everything in SQL Server. It builds complete product data per colour group (Channable first, PDS for gaps) and creates new listings on each marketplace. After that, it sends only the stock and price changes. An admin portal gives the client team full control: switches per system, stock schedules, store selection, product lists, exclusions, test pushes and live progress.

Product capabilities
8 core capabilities, designed as one product.
Explore the functional areas that make up the platform and support its operational workflows.
Capability 01
D365 Inventory Sync
Reads on-hand stock per store from Microsoft D365 Inventory Visibility and the product master from D365 F&O, using Azure AD authentication. The data is saved per store with bulk loads, and stock changes drive marketplace updates.
Capability 01
D365 Inventory Sync
Reads on-hand stock per store from Microsoft D365 Inventory Visibility and the product master from D365 F&O, using Azure AD authentication. The data is saved per store with bulk loads, and stock changes drive marketplace updates.
Capability 02
Channable Feed Import
Downloads and imports BESTSELLER’s Channable feed (about 77,000 rows): titles, descriptions, images, attributes, AED prices and stock per store. It is stored in SQL Server and matched to D365 products by EAN.
Capability 02
Channable Feed Import
Downloads and imports BESTSELLER’s Channable feed (about 77,000 rows): titles, descriptions, images, attributes, AED prices and stock per store. It is stored in SQL Server and matched to D365 products by EAN.
Capability 03
PDS Enrichment & EAN Matching
Uses BESTSELLER’s Product Data Service to fill content the feed lacks and match each D365 colour and size to its exact EAN. Products with ambiguous EANs are held back and listed with candidate EANs for client confirmation.
Capability 03
PDS Enrichment & EAN Matching
Uses BESTSELLER’s Product Data Service to fill content the feed lacks and match each D365 colour and size to its exact EAN. Products with ambiguous EANs are held back and listed with candidate EANs for client confirmation.
Capability 04
Namshi Integration
Creates Namshi products with full content, grouped by parent ID, then sends stock and Channable AED prices. Selected store stock is combined into one warehouse. Stock is verified by reading it back; setup includes test push, preview and stock read.
Capability 04
Namshi Integration
Creates Namshi products with full content, grouped by parent ID, then sends stock and Channable AED prices. Selected store stock is combined into one warehouse. Stock is verified by reading it back; setup includes test push, preview and stock read.
Capability 05
Amazon UAE Integration
Lists products on Amazon UAE through the Selling Partner API, with content and price from Channable and stock from D365. Stock uses Seller Flex with a buffer, store selection and batch sending of pending products.

Capability 06
Scheduler & Live Dashboard
A background service runs full syncs at set times and marketplace stock updates every N minutes or at fixed times. Manual controls start runs; progress and events stream live over SignalR.

Capability 07
Admin Settings & Controls
Provides per-system switches and push modes (data only, price only, data + price), store selection, product allow-lists and exclusions. Automatic start and user management are saved in the database.

Capability 08
Reports & Data Quality
SQL reports cover perfect vs not-perfect products per store and combined, stock variance, push status and EAN review lists. Each product shows why it is not ready so source data can be fixed.

Outcomes & delivery
What the delivery made possible.
The result is a cohesive product foundation that connects core workflows, operational control, and future growth.
Automated stock and product sync for 5 UAE stores to two marketplaces, with no manual uploads. Built safe EAN matching across D365, Channable and PDS. When a barcode isn’t certain, the product is held back and listed for review, so a wrong product is never published. Added multi-store stock
Outcome 01the stock of chosen stores is added up into one marketplace warehouse. Made product data reliable: content is built once per colour group, saved in the database and checked before sending, with on-demand PDS loading when the feed is incomplete. Kept the remote database fast with bulk loads (SqlBulkCopy, staging tables, single MERGE) in place of thousands of single-row calls. Stock is read back from Namshi to confirm it arrived, and resent automatically when it differs. Gave the client team a full admin portal: schedules, store choice, price mode, product allow-lists, exclusions, test push with request and response view, and live progress over SignalR. Delivered data-quality reports (perfect vs not-perfect products per store, with reasons) that the client uses to fix source data.
Let's Build Something Great.
I'm always open to discussing new opportunities, collaborations and interesting projects.
